Anaheim Lighthouse played a pivotal role not only in my recovery, but in my life! If you are looking for an Olympic size swimming pool and massages 3 times a day, I suggest you look in to passages or malibu whatever. However, if you are looking for a place that is staffed with people that have walked a similar path as yourself, people that genuinely care about your recovery and want you to succeed. Well, look no further because the lighthouse has the best staff I've ever had the pleasure of working with. If you are like myself, which most of us are, you've been to 1 or 2 or 15 treatment centers before. To finally come to a place and work with a staff that doesn't look at you and treat you as a dollar sign, but as an individual, as a friend, a brother, was exactly what I needed during an all time low point in my life. If you are at a point where you are willing to reach out and ask for help, ready to be open minded to what someone else has to say and be vulnerable. The Lighthouse is impacting lives daily and I cannot thank them enough for helping me turn my life around. Again if you are looking for a resort on the beach that caters to your every want and need like you are on vacation, this isn't the place for you. If you are like me however, and have really finally had enough beating yourself in to the ground and all you care about at this point is getting real help, and don't care about how many pools or how many stars the chef has in front of his name at the treatment center, then give yourself a chance to start a journey of recovery at the lighthouse, it could change your life.
