One of the most effective methods for addiction recovery is entering a rehabilitation facility. Enrolling in a treatment program in a rehab that can address your addiction holistically can help you jumpstart your way towards sobriety. Many people, however, are hesitant to go to rehab because they...

I am addicted to shopping. It all started with a trip to a new thrift store. It was the largest one I'd ever been to, and the selection of clothing was immense. My first trip there I had a whole shopping cart filled with clothes and still had my eyes on more.I found myself going there on every pa...

This is the best rehab I have been to. The staff and people there were so wonderful and did their very best to help me through my drug addictions. They did their best to get you out of your shell and to feel like you're apart of a loving, easy-going family. I've been to many rehabs, and it's safe to say that this rehab was the main reason I got clean. The staff really cared for you and made you feel loved and included. The attendees made the experience so awesome, I couldn't have asked for more. The rooms were very nice and relaxing. The food was awesome, as well. They accommodate for any allergies and they still make it taste good, which is almost impossible when you're going through withdrawals. The classes were fun and laid back, which allowed me to not have to speak if I didn't want to. They challenged me to get better with the use of cognitive behavioral therapy, which I feel was the most important part of the recovery. Anaheim Lighthouse allowed me to really look deeply into my life and see what I was doing wrong and what I should strive to be. I'm extremely thankful for Anaheim Lighthouse. Without it, I wouldn't know what to do.
